The BSC PREFERRED LMR33220 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel double bowl drop-in sink measuring 33 inches x 22 inches x 7.875 inches. It is designed for residential kitchen or laundry room installation and features a scratch-resistant lustrous finish along with sound-deadening pads applied to the sides and bottom to reduce noise and vibration during use. The large primary bowl measures 21 inches in length and is suited for larger washing or prep tasks, while the secondary bowl measures 7.5 inches x 15.75 inches for smaller, simultaneous tasks. A U-channel mounting design allows clips to be seated within the channel for cleaner, more secure drop-in installation.
This sink fits into kitchen or laundry room countertop applications requiring a 36-inch minimum cabinet width. The countertop cutout dimension is 32.375 inches x 21.375 inches. The 0-hole faucet configuration gives the installer flexibility to drill for a faucet of choice or keep the deck clean. Central drain placement on each bowl uses a standard 3.5-inch drain opening, compatible with standard kitchen drain assemblies. The sink is manufactured in the USA and is appropriate for both residential remodel and new construction installations handled by licensed plumbers or experienced trades.
Designed for drop-in installation in countertops with a minimum cabinet size of 36 inches and a cutout dimension of 32.375 inches x 21.375 inches. Suitable for residential kitchens and laundry rooms requiring a standard double bowl stainless steel drop-in sink with a 3.5-inch drain opening.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified trades professional familiar with IPC requirements for fixture installation. Power down any adjacent garbage disposal or in-sink electrical appliances before beginning work. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the perimeter of the cutout before seating the sink, then secure mounting clips within the U-channel from below the countertop. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the channel or crack the countertop material.
