The BSC PREFERRED LMABFDWSLK is a wall-mounted, non-refrigerated bottle filling station designed for indoor potable water access in high-traffic environments. The unit delivers a fill rate of 1.5 gallons per minute through a touchless electronic sensor, allowing hands-free operation. A mechanically activated Flexi-Guard Safety Bubbler provides continuous access even if the electronic sensor is disrupted. The station includes a 3,000-gallon inline filter certified to reduce lead, chlorine, and other common impurities. Silver ion antimicrobial protection inhibits mold and mildew growth on key plastic components. The unit ships at 57 pounds and measures 39.75 inches tall, 18.5 inches wide, and 17.875 inches deep.
This filling station is suited for schools, offices, healthcare facilities, recreational centers, and other indoor public or semi-public spaces requiring ADA-compliant hydration access. Its single-station configuration and wall-mount design keep it compact and out of traffic paths. The light gray finish fits standard commercial interior aesthetics. Because the unit is non-refrigerated, it relies on the building supply temperature and the inline filter for water quality rather than a mechanical refrigeration circuit, simplifying maintenance and reducing energy draw.
Designed as an OEM-style wall-mounted bottle filling station for indoor plumbing systems supplying potable water in residential or light commercial applications where a non-refrigerated, ADA-compliant unit is required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the building water supply and depressurize the line before making any connections. Wall-mount hardware must be anchored into structural blocking or studs rated to support the unit weight. ADA mounting height requirements must be verified against the current applicable accessibility standard before final positioning.
