The BSC PREFERRED LKHA1041CR is a single-hole pull-down spray kitchen faucet constructed from solid brass with a chrome finish. It features a ceramic disc valve, a 360-degree swivel spout, and an ergonomic forward-only lever handle that limits backsplash interference. The pull-down spray head connects via a nylon braided hose and delivers two water modes: a steady stream for general use and a spray mode for heavier cleaning tasks. The faucet meets NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 lead-free certifications and satisfies ADA requirements. Licensed plumbers and experienced installers handle this type of fixture in both residential and light commercial applications.
The LKHA1041CR is suited for standard single-hole kitchen sink installations. The 360-degree swivel range and pull-down hose extend the faucet's reach, making it practical for rinsing large cookware, cleaning the sink basin, and everyday dish prep. An optional escutcheon is included, adding flexibility for sink decks with existing three-hole cutouts. The faucet is appropriate for residential kitchen upgrades and commercial kitchenette installations where a single-handle, single-hole configuration is specified.
Designed for single-hole kitchen sink installations. Optional escutcheon included allows installation on sink decks with three-hole configurations. Verify deck thickness and supply line connections before installation.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off hot and cold supply valves under the sink and relieve line pressure before removing any existing faucet or connecting supply lines. Do not overtighten the mounting hardware against the sink deck, as excess torque can crack ceramic or composite sink materials. Confirm that the supply line connections and sprayer hose are fully seated and leak-free before returning the supply valves to service.
