The BSC PREFERRED LKEC2012LS is a single-hole deck-mounted bar and prep sink faucet built from solid brass with a lustrous steel finish. It ships with a 1.5 GPM flow regulator installed and includes an optional 2.2 GPM aerator for applications where higher flow is needed. A forward-only lever handle provides single-hand control without contacting a backsplash. The ceramic disc valve delivers smooth, consistent water flow and reduces long-term maintenance demands. A licensed plumber installs this faucet during new construction or remodel work in commercial prep areas, bar stations, and residential kitchens.

The LKEC2012LS is suited for bar sinks, prep sinks, and secondary kitchen sinks in both residential and light commercial environments. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC standards. Do not overtighten the mounting nut against the underside of the deck, as this can crack stone or solid surface countertops.
