The BSC PREFERRED LKB722C is a wall-mount electronic sensor faucet built for commercial and institutional handwashing applications. Constructed from solid brass, it delivers hands-free operation through an infrared sensor that eliminates touchpoints and supports hygiene in high-traffic restrooms, kitchens, and laboratories. The faucet flows at 1.5 gallons per minute, and the spout sits at a height of 10.875 inches with a reach of 7.5 inches and a deck clearance of 6.63 inches. An in-line filter and clean-out trap are integrated into the design to support water quality and routine serviceability. The unit ships with 4 AA batteries pre-installed in an onboard battery holder and includes an AC plug-in option for flexible power sourcing. The finish is chrome.
The LKB722C is suited for single-hole wall-mount installations in commercial restrooms, institutional facilities, healthcare environments, and laboratory wash stations where reducing cross-contamination is a priority. Its fixed spout geometry accommodates a wide range of sink configurations without splashing. The 1.5 GPM flow rate supports efficient water use in settings with continuous or peak-demand traffic. Licensed plumbers typically specify and install this unit in new construction or retrofit projects where ADA-compliant, sensor-operated faucets are required.
Designed as an OEM-style wall-mount sensor faucet for single-hole installations in commercial and institutional plumbing systems requiring ADA-compliant, lead-free sensor faucet assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning installation. Verify that the wall mounting surface and supply line configuration are compatible with a single-hole wall-mount faucet before proceeding. Connect power via the battery holder or AC adapter only after all water connections are complete and leak-tested.
