The BSC PREFERRED LKB721CNC is a hands-free, battery-operated electronic sensor faucet designed for deck mount installation in commercial handwashing applications. Built from solid brass, it features a gooseneck spout standing 11.61 inches high with a 5.65-inch reach and delivers water at 1.5 gallons per minute through a laminar flow in-line filter with clean-out trap. An electronic control module handles all activation, eliminating manual handles entirely and reducing cross-contamination touch points. The unit is ADA compliant and certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and 372, meeting federal and state low-lead or no-lead requirements. Licensed plumbers install this faucet in commercial settings where sanitation standards and code compliance are non-negotiable.
The LKB721CNC suits commercial kitchens, healthcare wash stations, school classrooms, and other high-traffic handwashing environments where hands-free operation is required. It requires a single faucet hole for deck mount installation, making retrofit work straightforward in most standard sink configurations. The included flexible supply hose accommodates varying under-deck rough-in conditions. Power is supplied via the included AC plug-in adapter or the integrated battery holder pre-loaded with four AA batteries, so the unit is operational immediately after installation without waiting on an electrical rough-in.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation sensor faucet for single-hole deck mount sinks in commercial plumbing applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply at the stop valves and depressurize the supply lines before beginning work. Verify the sink deck thickness and hole diameter are compatible with the faucet body before setting the unit. Do not overtighten the mounting hardware against the deck, as the solid brass body requires only hand-snug plus a quarter turn with basin wrench to seat properly without cracking the deck surface.
