The BSC PREFERRED LKAV3032LS is a single-hole, deck-mount bar and prep faucet built around a solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge. It delivers water at 1.8 GPM through a pull-down spray head that rotates 360 degrees, giving technicians and installers a fixture well-suited for tight bar setups and busy prep stations. The spray head connects via a nylon braided hose for reliable extension and retraction over repeated use. Two spray modes — a steady stream and a wide spray — cover routine rinsing as well as heavier cleaning loads. A single-handle lever controls both flow and temperature. The unit ships with an optional escutcheon to accommodate multi-hole deck configurations.
The LKAV3032LS targets bar sinks, prep sinks, and secondary kitchen stations in residential, commercial, and light institutional settings. Typical applications include restaurant bar areas, office kitchenettes, and healthcare prep zones where a compact, single-hole footprint is required. The faucet is ADA compliant and certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 (lead-free), making it appropriate for potable-water installations in regulated environments. Plumbers working on commercial bar buildouts or residential kitchen remodels will find the deck-mount, single-hole configuration straightforward to rough in.
Designed for single-hole deck-mount installations on bar sinks and prep sinks. Optional escutcheon is included for use with three-hole sink decks. No additional compatible model numbers or replacement part numbers were specified in the product data.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the hot and cold supply valves and depressurize the lines before beginning work. Verify the deck thickness and hole diameter are within the faucet mounting requirements before tightening the mounting hardware. Do not overtighten the mounting nut against thin sink decks; confirm all supply connections are leak-free before returning the system to service.
