The BSC PREFERRED LKAV3021MB is a single-hole bar and prep faucet finished in matte black with solid brass construction. The gooseneck spout stands 12.19 inches tall with a 6.51-inch reach, providing ample clearance for glassware and tall pitchers. Flow rate is 1.8 gallons per minute (GPM). A ceramic disc cartridge handles all water control, offering long-term reliability and straightforward serviceability. The single-lever handle rotates 45 degrees forward and backward for smooth, one-handed flow adjustment. An optional escutcheon ships with the faucet to cover oversized deck cutouts when needed. The LKAV3021MB carries NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certification and meets ADA compliance standards. Licensed plumbers and qualified installers handle this type of fixture in both residential and light commercial settings.
This faucet is suited for single-hole deck-mount installations in bar sinks, prep sinks, and entertainment areas. The gooseneck profile and matte black finish work in residential kitchens, home bars, and commercial cafe prep stations. The deck-mount configuration and included escutcheon give installers flexibility when sink decks have existing cutouts wider than the standard single-hole diameter. Both residential and commercial plumbing applications are supported, provided local code requirements for flow rate and lead-free fixtures are met. The 1.8 GPM flow rate is compatible with standard residential supply line pressures.
Designed as a single-hole deck-mount bar or prep sink faucet for residential and light commercial installations. Compatible with standard hot and cold supply line connections typical of single-hole bar sink configurations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Shut off the hot and cold supply valves and relieve line pressure before beginning work. Standard basin wrench, adjustable wrench, and thread seal tape are typical tools for this type of deck-mount installation. Do not overtighten supply line connections to the brass inlet fittings, as this can damage threads or crack fittings.
