The BSC PREFERRED LKAV3021LS is a single-hole gooseneck bar and prep-area faucet finished in Lustrous Steel. Built from solid brass with a ceramic disc valve, it is engineered for long-term reliability in both residential and light-commercial installations. The single-lever handle rotates 45 degrees forward and backward, giving installers and end users precise control over temperature and flow. At a spout height of 12.19 inches and a spout reach of 6.51 inches, the faucet provides clearance for filling pitchers, pots, and tall glasses. Flow rate is rated at 1.8 gallons per minute. The unit is lead-free certified to NSF/ANSI standards and is ADA compliant.

The LKAV3021LS is suited for bar sinks, prep sinks, and secondary sink stations in residential kitchens, offices, healthcare facilities, and foodservice environments. Installation requires a single mounting hole. An optional escutcheon cover plate is included to accommodate installations where a wider deck plate is preferred or where an existing multi-hole deck needs to be covered. The Lustrous Steel finish is designed to maintain its appearance under regular use in high-traffic bar and prep settings.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply at the stop valves and relieve line pressure before beginning work. The ceramic disc cartridge is removable and replaceable without pulling the entire faucet body. Do not overtighten the mounting hardware against the deck surface, as this can crack the deck or distort the brass body.
