The BSC PREFERRED LK945AT12T6T is a wall-mounted, two-handle faucet engineered for commercial kitchens, institutional facilities, and high-volume food service environments. It features a 12-inch arc spout with 6.625 inches of spout height, delivering ample clearance over sinks and prep areas. Two 6-inch wristblade handles allow fast, hands-free-style operation even when hands are full or gloved. Built from solid brass throughout, this faucet is designed for the rigors of daily commercial use. A pre-installed vandal-resistant aerator flows at 1.5 GPM, with included insert options at 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM for tailored flow. Centers are field-adjustable from 3 to 8 inches, accommodating a range of wall-mount sink configurations. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the primary service professionals for this unit.
This faucet is suited for commercial kitchens, school cafeterias, healthcare facilities, and other institutional settings where durability, hygiene, and ADA compliance are required. The wall-mount design installs through two faucet holes, making it well-suited for sinks without traditional deck space. The spout swing restriction pin allows the spout to be locked in a fixed position when needed, adding control in multi-user or high-traffic environments. Adjustable centers from 3 to 8 inches provide flexibility when retrofitting existing wall-mount rough-in locations.
Designed for wall-mount sink installations requiring two faucet holes and center-to-center spacing adjustable between 3 and 8 inches, suitable for commercial and institutional sinks without traditional deck mounting surfaces.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning any connection work. Wall-mount faucets require secure backing in the wall structure to support the weight of the spout and handles under operational stress. Do not overtighten brass fittings; follow standard torque practices for brass-to-brass connections as outlined in the manufacturer instructions included with the unit.
