The BSC PREFERRED LK945AT10T6T is a wall-mount faucet built for commercial plumbing installations where durability, code compliance, and water efficiency are required. Constructed entirely from solid brass, it features a 10-inch arc tube spout and 6-inch wristblade handles. The installed vandal-resistant aerator delivers 1.5 GPM, and the package includes alternative inserts rated at 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM to accommodate varying flow requirements. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve provides smooth operation and long service life. This faucet is ADA compliant and certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and 372, confirming it meets lead-content and drinking-water safety standards.
The LK945AT10T6T is designed for commercial environments including commercial kitchens, food service facilities, classrooms, and institutional washrooms. The adjustable center spread ranges from 3 to 8 inches, giving rough-in flexibility across a variety of wall configurations. A two-hole installation layout is required. The spout swing restriction pin locks the spout in a fixed position when a stationary spout is needed, making it well suited for applications where consistent spout placement is critical. Licensed plumbers performing commercial fixture rough-ins will find this unit appropriate for high-traffic, high-use scenarios.
Designed as an OEM-style wall-mount faucet replacement or new installation for commercial two-hole wall-mount plumbing configurations accepting a 3 to 8-inch adjustable center spread.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning any connection work. Verify rough-in center spacing and wall blocking support the wall-mount configuration before final mounting. Do not overtighten brass fittings to the supply connections; hand-snug plus a controlled turn with an appropriate wrench is standard practice for brass-body faucets.
