The BSC PREFERRED LK945AT10T4T is a wall-mount faucet built for commercial and institutional plumbing applications. Constructed from solid brass, it features a 10-inch arc tube spout and two 4-inch wristblade handles that give staff precise flow control in high-traffic environments. The faucet ships with a 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator installed and includes 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM insert options for flexible flow-rate selection. Adjustable centers ranging from 3 to 8 inches allow the unit to fit a variety of sink configurations without custom rough-in work. A swing restriction pin on the spout limits arc travel for use in confined spaces.
This faucet is intended for foodservice, commercial kitchen, classroom, and institutional settings where durability, hygiene compliance, and ease of use are required. The wristblade handle design allows hands-free or wrist-operated control, which is common in food preparation and healthcare-adjacent environments. The two-hole wall-mount installation uses an offset adjustable 1/2-inch NPT female inlet, making it compatible with standard commercial rough-in plumbing. The lead-free construction and ADA compliance make it suitable for regulated environments where potable-water and accessibility standards must be met.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation wall-mount faucet for two-hole commercial sink setups with 1/2-inch NPT female inlet rough-in plumbing, suitable for foodservice, institutional, and light commercial applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and depressurize the line before beginning work. Confirm wall blocking or backing is in place to support the faucet body under load. Verify the adjustable center setting and NPT inlet alignment before final tightening to avoid stress on the brass body.
