The BSC PREFERRED LK945AT10L2T is a solid brass, chrome-finish wall mount faucet engineered for commercial foodservice and institutional plumbing applications. The 10-inch arc tube spout delivers ample reach over sinks in high-traffic environments. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve provides smooth, reliable operation under continuous use. The faucet ships with a 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator installed and includes 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM insert options for site-specific flow rate adjustment. Certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372, the fixture meets lead-free requirements for potable water and food service compliance. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the primary trade for this fitting.
The LK945AT10L2T is designed for two-hole wall mount installation with 3-inch to 8-inch adjustable centers, allowing it to fit a range of existing rough-in configurations without additional adapters. The 2-inch lever handles provide ergonomic control suited to gloved or wet-hand operation common in commercial kitchen settings. A faucet deck clearance of 3.8125 inches and a spout height of 6.375 inches accommodate standard commercial sink depths. A built-in spout swing restriction pin keeps the spout stationary in applications where fixed positioning is required, such as utility or prep sinks with adjacent equipment.
Designed for two-hole wall mount installation in commercial kitchens, institutional facilities, and foodservice environments requiring NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certified, lead-free plumbing fixtures with adjustable centers from 3 inches to 8 inches.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and ANSI standards. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the lines before beginning work. Verify wall blocking or backing is adequate to support the fixture weight before mounting. Do not overtighten supply connections; follow the fitting manufacturer torque guidance for the supply line material used at the job site.
