The BSC PREFERRED LK945AT08L2T is a wall-mounted, two-hole commercial faucet built from solid brass for high-demand environments such as commercial kitchens, food service facilities, and classroom installations. The faucet features an 8-inch arc tube spout with an 8-inch reach, delivering ample clearance for sink tasks. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve ensures smooth, low-maintenance operation. The included vandal-resistant aerator flows at 1.5 GPM, and two additional aerator inserts (2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM) are included for flexible flow-rate configuration. Adjustable centers ranging from 3 inches to 8 inches accommodate a variety of rough-in conditions, simplifying the installation process for licensed plumbers working in retrofit or new-construction commercial settings.
The LK945AT08L2T is suited for commercial kitchens, food service prep areas, school facilities, and other high-traffic institutional environments where water efficiency and durability are required. The two-hole wall-mount configuration pairs with standard commercial sink setups. ADA compliance and NSF/ANSI low-lead certification make this faucet appropriate for regulated environments including food service and public facilities. A spout swing restriction pin is included to maintain proper positioning in installations where faucet range of motion must be controlled, such as adjacent equipment bays or back-of-house prep stations.
Designed for two-hole wall-mount installation in commercial kitchen, food service, and institutional plumbing applications with adjustable center-to-center spacing from 3 inches to 8 inches.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply completely before beginning installation or servicing this faucet. Verify wall-mount backing and structural support are adequate for the fixture weight prior to mounting. Select and install the appropriate aerator insert before placing the system back into service to ensure the correct flow rate for the application.
