The BSC PREFERRED LK940LGN08L2H is a centerset deck-mount laminar flow faucet built for demanding commercial and institutional environments. Constructed from solid brass, this faucet delivers long-term durability where reliability matters. It features an 8-inch gooseneck spout that provides clearance for filling large containers, dual 2-inch lever handles for straightforward operation, and a quarter-turn ceramic disc valve for precise, consistent flow control. A vandal-resistant aerator delivers a standard flow rate of 1.5 GPM, and alternative aerator inserts are included for switching to 2.2 GPM or 0.5 GPM depending on application requirements. The unit meets NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 standards for lead-free compliance.
This faucet is suited for commercial kitchens, educational facilities, laboratories, and other high-use institutional settings where water conservation and durability are priorities. The dual faucet hole configuration and adjustable inlets support installation flexibility across a range of sink and countertop setups. A spout swing restrictor pin is included to stabilize spout position in applications where fixed orientation is required. Licensed plumbers and facilities maintenance professionals are the typical installers for this type of unit.
Designed for centerset deck-mount installations with a dual faucet hole configuration. Compatible with commercial kitchen sinks, institutional lavatories, and countertop applications requiring an 8-inch center laminar flow faucet.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply at the fixture shutoff valves or main before beginning any work. Verify that the mounting surface accommodates the dual faucet hole centerset configuration before installation. Do not overtighten mounting hardware against solid brass fittings, as this can cause cracking or distortion of the valve body.
