The BSC PREFERRED LK940LGN05L2S is a dual-handle laminar flow faucet built for commercial plumbing applications. Constructed from solid brass, it delivers long-term durability in high-use environments. The faucet features a 5-inch gooseneck spout that extends to an 11-inch height, with a 7.375-inch deck clearance for comfortable working room at the sink. A 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator ships installed, with two alternate aerator inserts at 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM included for flow adjustment. Quarter-turn ceramic disc valves provide smooth, dependable shutoff. The unit is lead-free compliant and certified to NSF/ANSI standards. Two-inch lever handles and 1/2-inch adjustable inlets with integral stops round out the control options for licensed plumbers installing this fixture.
The LK940LGN05L2S is designed for commercial settings where water conservation and reliable performance are required. Typical applications include food service prep areas, handwashing stations, educational facility lavatories, and general-purpose commercial sink installations. The unit mounts in a two-hole deck configuration and accepts standard supply connections. The spout swing restriction pin allows the spout to be locked in a fixed position, which suits applications where spout rotation is not desirable, such as dedicated handwashing or eyewash-adjacent stations.
Designed for two-hole deck mounting in commercial sink applications including food service, educational facilities, and general-purpose handwashing stations. Accepts standard 1/2-inch supply connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning installation or servicing the integral stops. Use the adjustable inlet stops to regulate flow at the faucet body rather than cutting supply pressure upstream. Avoid over-tightening the deck mounting hardware on solid brass bodies to prevent thread damage.
