The BSC PREFERRED LK940HA08T6H is a wall-mounted, commercial-grade faucet engineered for foodservice environments. Built from solid brass, it features a high-arc spout rising 10.5 inches to provide clearance for large pots, sheet pans, and deep prep sinks. The 6-inch wristblade handles allow hands-free or wrist-operated control, which is a practical requirement in food-handling areas. Flow is set at 1.5 GPM through a vandal-resistant aerator, with additional 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM inserts included for field adjustment. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve delivers smooth, reliable shutoff over extended service life. The unit is ADA-compliant, low-lead certified, and carries NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certifications, meeting food safety and potable-water standards for commercial installation.
This faucet is suited for restaurant prep areas, institutional kitchens, school cafeterias, and other commercial foodservice sinks where wall-mount plumbing is specified. The adjustable inlets accommodate varying center-to-center rough-in spacing, and the two-hole configuration is compatible with a broad range of commercial sink decks. A spout swing restrictor pin is included, allowing the installer to limit spout travel when adjacent equipment or walls require a fixed spray zone. Licensed plumbers performing commercial kitchen rough-ins will find this unit straightforward to position and trim out.
Designed as a wall-mount replacement or new-installation faucet for two-hole commercial foodservice sinks with adjustable inlet spacing. Suitable for restaurant, institutional, and school kitchen applications requiring NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 compliant fixtures.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and depressurize the line before beginning any connections. Verify wall blocking or backing is in place to support the faucet body under working load. Do not overtighten the supply connections; follow the fitting manufacturer torque guidance and use thread sealant rated for potable water service.
