The BSC PREFERRED LK940GN05T6H is a wall-mounted scrub and handwash faucet built for high-traffic commercial and institutional environments. Constructed from solid brass, it features an 8-inch centerset configuration, a 5-inch gooseneck spout, and 6-inch wristblade handles. The faucet ships with a 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator installed and includes interchangeable inserts at 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM for flexible flow control. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve provides reliable, low-maintenance operation. Licensed plumbers and facility maintenance professionals typically install this unit in commercial kitchens, school washrooms, and similar demanding settings.
This faucet is designed for commercial kitchens, educational institutions, and other high-use environments where durability and hygiene are priorities. The wristblade handles allow forearm or wrist operation, supporting ADA-compliant handwashing workflows. The 5-inch gooseneck spout provides adequate clearance for scrubbing large cookware as well as standard handwashing tasks. A spout swing restriction pin is included to lock the spout in a fixed position when required by the installation, such as over a dedicated sink basin in a classroom or food-service prep area. The 0.5 inch adjustable inlets accommodate varying rough-in dimensions to ease installation across different wall configurations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation wall-mount faucet for two-hole wall-mount applications in commercial kitchens, educational facilities, and similar institutional plumbing systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the IPC. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the lines before beginning work. Verify rough-in center-to-center spacing against the 8-inch centerset dimension before mounting. Do not overtighten the brass body fittings; follow the fitting manufacturer guidelines for thread engagement on the 0.5 inch inlets.
