The BSC PREFERRED LK940GN05T4S is an 8-inch centerset wall mount faucet built for commercial and institutional settings where durability and hygiene are non-negotiable. Constructed from solid brass, it meets NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 lead-free standards. The gooseneck spout stands 11 inches tall with a 5-inch reach, giving users comfortable clearance for handwashing and scrubbing. A pre-installed 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator controls flow from the start, and two additional inserts at 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM are included for flow-rate flexibility. Licensed plumbers install this unit in wall-mount applications requiring two faucet holes.
This faucet is suited for high-traffic commercial kitchens, school classrooms, healthcare facilities, and other institutional environments where hands-free or wrist-operated controls are preferred. The 4-inch wristblade handles allow users to operate the faucet without hand contact on the valves, an important feature in food-service and medical prep areas. The 1/2-inch adjustable inlets with integral stops simplify future maintenance and isolation without requiring additional shutoff valves. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve delivers consistent, smooth operation over extended service life. A spout swing restrictor pin is included for installations where spout movement must be limited.
Designed for wall-mount installation in commercial and institutional plumbing systems requiring two faucet holes with 1/2-inch supply inlets. Suitable for standard commercial deck or wall applications where an 8-inch centerset configuration is specified.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the lines before beginning work. The integral stops on the adjustable inlets allow isolation at the faucet body during service without cutting off upstream supply. Do not overtighten the ceramic disc cartridge or inlet connections, as solid brass fittings can crack under excessive torque.
