The BSC PREFERRED LK940GN04T4S is a wall-mount faucet built for high-use commercial and institutional plumbing installations. Constructed from solid brass, it features an 8-inch centerset configuration with a 4-inch gooseneck spout standing 9.1875 inches tall and reaching 3.625 inches. Flow is controlled by two 4-inch wristblade handles paired with a quarter-turn ceramic disc valve. A vandal-resistant aerator limits flow to 1.5 GPM, with optional 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM aerator inserts included for site-specific adjustment. The unit meets ADA and lead-free compliance standards. Licensed plumbers and facilities maintenance crews install this fixture in commercial kitchens, classrooms, and similar high-traffic settings.
This faucet is suited for commercial and institutional applications where durability, accessibility compliance, and controlled water use are required. Typical install environments include commercial kitchen hand sinks, school lavatories, healthcare handwashing stations, and janitorial facilities. Installation requires two faucet holes in the wall-mount surface. The adjustable 1/2-inch inlets include integral stops, simplifying future service without full fixture removal. A swing restrictor pin on the spout locks the gooseneck in a fixed position when rotation is not desired for the application.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new installation wall-mount faucet for two-hole commercial sink and lavatory applications requiring 8-inch centerset spacing.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply at the nearest isolation valve before beginning work. The integral inlet stops allow for service without removing the faucet body from the wall, but the supply should still be closed before any valve work. Verify that the wall substrate and mounting surface are rated to support the fixture weight prior to securing.
