The BSC PREFERRED LK940BP07L2S is an 8-inch centerset wall mount faucet built for demanding commercial and institutional environments. Constructed from solid brass with a polished chrome finish, this faucet resists corrosion and holds up under daily heavy use. It delivers a flow rate of 4.0 GPM and operates via a quarter-turn ceramic disc valve for smooth, repeatable shutoff. A 7-inch bucket hook spout with 6.5 inches of spout reach makes it well suited for filling large containers. Dual 2-inch lever handles provide ergonomic control, and the spout height of 4.625 inches adds clearance for oversized vessels. Licensed plumbers and commercial facilities techs are the typical installers for this type of wall-mount fitting.
The LK940BP07L2S is designed for commercial kitchens, utility rooms, janitorial areas, and classrooms where wall-mounted fixtures reduce countertop clutter and simplify cleaning. The 1/2-inch adjustable inlets with integral stops allow for in-line shutoff during servicing without cutting into the supply line. Two faucet holes are required for wall installation. Its ADA-compliant lever handles and lead-free construction make it appropriate for public-access facilities and educational buildings where accessibility and potable-water standards must be met.
Designed as a wall-mount replacement or new-installation faucet for commercial kitchens, utility sinks, and institutional facilities requiring a two-hole centerset wall-mount configuration with 1/2-inch supply inlets.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply fully at the source before making any connections, and verify that wall blocking or a proper backing plate is in place to support the fixture weight. Do not overtighten the mounting hardware against the wall surface, as this can crack tile or damage the wall substrate. Confirm inlet stop valves are fully closed before removing supply lines during any future service.
