The BSC PREFERRED LK800HA08L2 is a centerset deck-mount faucet built for commercial and institutional kitchens that demand durability, accessibility compliance, and water conservation. Constructed from solid brass, it features an 8-inch high arc spout that stands 8.1875 inches tall and extends 8 inches out, giving users adequate clearance for pot and pan filling. A 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator is included as the default flow rate, with 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM inserts also provided to match site requirements. Quarter-turn ceramic disc valves deliver reliable, leak-free shutoff under heavy daily use.
This faucet is suited for restaurants, food service counters, school cafeterias, and similar commercial wash stations. The dual 2-inch lever handles allow smooth, intuitive hot and cold control in gloved or high-traffic conditions. A spout swing restriction pin locks the spout position when a fixed orientation is needed at a specific station. Installation requires three standard faucet holes in a deck-mount configuration, making it compatible with most commercial sink decks and countertops already drilled to that layout. ADA compliance and lead-free certification address both accessibility and regulatory requirements in commercial construction and renovation projects.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install centerset faucet for three-hole deck-mount configurations in commercial kitchen and food service applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC and local plumbing code requirements. Shut off the water supply at the stop valves or main before beginning any faucet work and relieve line pressure by opening the existing faucet. Verify that the mounting deck thickness and hole spacing are compatible before setting the faucet. Inspect all supply connections for leaks after restoring water pressure before returning the fixture to service.
