The BSC PREFERRED LK800AT08T4 is an 8 inch centerset deck-mount faucet constructed from solid brass with a chrome finish. It is designed for three-hole installations in commercial and residential sinks where durability, ADA compliance, and flow control are required. The faucet features a quarter-turn ceramic disc valve for smooth, consistent operation and ships with a 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator plus 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM insert options, allowing flow-rate customization on the job. An arc tube spout delivers a 5.6875 inch spout height and an 8 inch spout reach. A spout swing restriction pin is included for fixed-position installations.
The LK800AT08T4 is suited for commercial kitchens, educational facilities, healthcare sinks, and general-purpose residential installations that require ADA-compliant controls. The 4 inch wristblade handles provide the lever clearance needed to meet ADA accessibility standards. The three-hole deck mount configuration fits standard centerset sink cutouts. A deck clearance of 3.125 inches accommodates typical countertop and sink deck thicknesses encountered in both retrofit and new construction settings. This faucet is appropriate for use wherever NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 lead-free compliance is required by code.
Designed for three-hole centerset deck-mount sink installations in commercial and residential applications. Fits standard 8 inch centerset sink configurations in kitchens, laboratories, healthcare facilities, and educational buildings where ADA compliance and lead-free certification are required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning work. Verify the sink deck hole spacing and clearance match the faucet deck clearance of 3.125 inches before mounting. Do not overtighten the mounting hardware, as solid brass fittings can be damaged by excessive torque applied without a manufacturer torque specification.
