The BSC PREFERRED LK652 is a single-hole deck-mount lavatory faucet built for high-traffic commercial and institutional restrooms. Constructed from solid brass with a chrome finish, it features a push-button metered valve that controls water flow duration from 2 to 25 seconds per actuation, with a factory setting of 8 to 12 seconds at 60 psi. Operating pressure range is 20 to 80 psi. The ceramic disc valve delivers consistent, reliable performance over repeated daily use. A vandal-resistant aerator key is included to protect the aerator in public-access environments. Licensed plumbers and facility maintenance professionals handle installation and service of this fixture.
The LK652 suits commercial restrooms in schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and other high-use public settings where water conservation and vandal resistance are priorities. It also fits residential installations where ADA compliance and metered flow control are required. The single-hole deck-mount configuration works with standard lavatory sinks or countertop cutouts requiring a single mounting hole. The spout height is 4.5 inches, and the faucet hole spread is 4 inches. ADA compliance and lead-free certification under NSF/ANSI standards make this faucet suitable for potable-water environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation faucet for single-hole deck-mount lavatory sinks in commercial and residential restroom applications requiring metered, push-button operation.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply at the stop valves beneath the sink before removing any existing fixture or making connections. Do not overtighten the mounting nut against the deck surface, as this may crack the sink deck or distort the brass body. Use the included aerator key to set and secure the aerator after all supply connections are made and tested for leaks.
