The BSC PREFERRED LK535HA08L2 is a single-hole, high-arc kitchen and restroom faucet built from solid brass with a chrome finish. It features an 8-inch high-arc spout that provides clearance for filling large containers and an easy-to-operate 2-inch lever handle designed for single-handed use. The valve uses a quarter-turn ceramic disc rated for cold water service, delivering precise flow control and extended service life. Flow is managed by a vandal-resistant 1.5 GPM aerator, with two additional inserts included at 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM to match site-specific flow requirements. Installed by licensed plumbers, this faucet weighs 4.5 pounds and fits within a single faucet hole cutout.
The LK535HA08L2 is suited for commercial kitchens, educational facilities, and institutional restrooms where durability, low maintenance, and regulatory compliance are required. The spout swing restriction pin allows the spout to be locked in a fixed position, which is useful in applications where uncontrolled spout movement is a concern. The single-hole installation keeps the deck profile clean and reduces installation time. ADA compliance and NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certifications make this faucet appropriate for potable water applications in schools, healthcare facilities, and public buildings.
Designed as an OEM-style single-hole faucet replacement or new installation for commercial and institutional plumbing applications requiring a deck-mounted, single-handle cold water faucet with a standard 1-3/8 inch mounting hole configuration.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning work. This faucet requires a single deck hole and should be installed per local plumbing code requirements, which may reference IPC or applicable state amendments. Do not overtighten the mounting nut on the brass body, as this may crack the deck surface or distort the valve seat.
