The BSC PREFERRED LK535GN05T6 is a single-control, chrome-finished gooseneck faucet built for commercial and institutional plumbing applications. Constructed from solid brass with a quarter-turn ceramic disc valve, this faucet is engineered for durability and reliable daily operation. The 5-inch gooseneck spout provides ample clearance over the sink deck, while the 6-inch wristblade handle allows for easy, hygienic operation. A vandal-resistant 1.5 GPM aerator comes pre-installed, with additional inserts included for 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM flow rates. The faucet is ADA compliant and lead-free certified, meeting NSF/ANSI low-lead standards. Licensed plumbers and facility maintenance professionals typically handle installation in commercial, educational, and institutional environments.
The LK535GN05T6 is suited for handwashing stations in commercial kitchens, school classrooms, laboratories, and public restrooms. The 10-inch faucet deck clearance accommodates a wide range of sink configurations, and the total spout height of 13.31 inches maintains a clean, low-profile appearance. A spout swing restrictor pin is included, allowing the spout to be fixed in a stationary position where rotational movement is not desired. This makes it a practical choice for installations where spout positioning must remain consistent, such as dedicated handwashing or utility sinks.
Designed as an OEM-style single-hole deck-mount faucet for commercial and institutional sinks requiring a gooseneck spout with wristblade handle in standard commercial plumbing configurations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC standards. Shut off the water supply at the isolation valves before beginning installation or service. Verify that the sink deck hole size and thickness are compatible with the faucet shank before mounting. Do not overtighten the mounting hardware on the deck, as this can crack the sink surface or damage the brass body.
