The BSC PREFERRED LK535AT12T6 is a single-hole, cold-water faucet built for commercial and institutional plumbing applications. It features a 12-inch arc tube spout and a 6-inch wristblade handle that delivers ergonomic, quarter-turn operation through a ceramic disc valve. Flow control comes from a factory-installed 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator, with 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM insert aerators included to accommodate site-specific water conservation requirements. The body is constructed from solid brass. This faucet is ADA compliant and certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372, confirming lead-free construction. A spout swing restriction pin locks the spout position where needed. Licensed plumbers install this fixture in single-hole sink applications.
This faucet is designed for high-traffic commercial and institutional environments where durability, hygiene, and water conservation are priorities. Typical installations include commercial kitchen handwashing sinks and classroom lavatories. The wristblade handle allows hands-free or minimal-contact operation, making it well suited for food service and educational facilities subject to health code requirements. The included multi-GPM aerator set gives installers the flexibility to match local flow-rate regulations without sourcing additional parts.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation faucet for single-hole commercial and institutional sinks, including kitchen and classroom lavatories requiring ADA-compliant, lead-free cold-water fittings.
Installation must be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning work. Confirm the sink deck has a single pre-drilled hole sized for the faucet shank before mounting. Do not overtighten the mounting nut against the deck, and verify aerator flow rate selection matches the authority-having-jurisdiction requirements before commissioning.
