The BSC PREFERRED LK535AT10T6 is a single hole, single control deck-mount faucet built for demanding commercial and institutional environments. Constructed from solid brass with a polished chrome finish, it delivers long-term corrosion resistance under heavy daily use. The faucet features a 10-inch arc spout and a 6-inch wristblade handle for intuitive, hands-free-style operation. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve provides precise flow control, and the faucet ships with a 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator pre-installed, plus 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM insert options for site-specific flow requirements. Lead-free construction meets NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 standards. Licensed plumbers install this in commercial kitchens, restrooms, and educational or food service facilities.
The LK535AT10T6 is suited for commercial kitchens, school restrooms, healthcare hand-wash stations, and food service environments where ADA compliance and durable materials are required. Deck-mount installation uses a single faucet hole, making it compatible with most standard commercial and institutional sinks. The wristblade handle supports operation by personnel wearing gloves or when hands-free wrist activation is preferred. A spout swing restriction pin limits lateral movement during high-traffic operation, reducing stress on fittings and the sink deck.
Designed as an OEM-style single hole deck-mount faucet for commercial and institutional sinks requiring a standard single-hole cutout configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply at the service valves and relieve line pressure before beginning any connection work. The faucet mounts through a single deck hole and requires standard supply line connections to hot and cold inlets. Do not overtighten the mounting nut against the sink deck, as solid brass components can crack ceramic or thin composite sink surfaces if excessive force is applied.
