The BSC PREFERRED LK500AT12T4 is a deck-mounted single hole faucet built for demanding commercial and residential plumbing installations. Constructed from solid brass, it delivers long-term durability in high-use environments such as commercial kitchens, schools, and institutional facilities. The 12 inch arc tube spout provides a 12 inch reach, accommodating a wide range of sink configurations. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve ensures smooth, reliable operation over years of daily use. This faucet is ADA compliant and NSF certified for low-lead or no-lead construction, making it suitable for potable water applications where code compliance is required.
The LK500AT12T4 is designed for deck-mounted installation in a single faucet hole, simplifying rough-in and trim-out in both new construction and retrofit projects. Its 4 wristblade handle allows hands-free or restricted-mobility operation, a common requirement in commercial kitchens and healthcare-adjacent environments. A spout swing restriction pin locks the spout in a fixed position when needed, useful in tight sink configurations or multi-station setups. The included vandal-resistant aerator is preset at 1.5 GPM, with alternative 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM inserts included for flow-rate flexibility across jurisdictions or applications.
Designed for deck-mounted installation requiring a single faucet hole. Suitable for commercial kitchen sinks, educational facility lavatories, and residential applications where ADA compliance and NSF certification are required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the lines before beginning any faucet installation or replacement work. Verify that the deck or sink surface accommodates a single-hole deck-mount configuration before cutting or drilling. Review local jurisdiction requirements for low-lead compliance before connecting to potable water systems.
