The BSC PREFERRED LK406GN04T4 is a 4-inch centerset faucet built for commercial and institutional plumbing applications. It features a gooseneck spout that extends 8.81 inches with 6.19 inches of clearance, giving adequate room for filling pots or washing hands in high-traffic sinks. The body is solid brass construction with a quarter-turn ceramic disc valve for smooth, reliable operation. The faucet ships with two 4-inch wristblade handles, an optional 2.2 GPM aerator, and a spout swing restrictor pin. It is ADA compliant and certified lead-free to NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372. Licensed plumbers and commercial fixture installers are the primary trade audience for this unit.
This faucet is suited for commercial kitchens, educational facilities, healthcare washrooms, and other demanding environments where durability and ADA accessibility are required. The two-hole centerset mounting pattern simplifies rough-in on standard commercial sink decks. The standard flow rate is 1.5 GPM, with an included 2.2 GPM aerator available for applications where higher flow is needed. The wristblade handle design is common in food-service and clinical settings where hands-free or forearm operation is preferred. The spout swing restrictor pin allows the installer to limit spout travel to match the specific sink or countertop configuration.
Designed for two-hole centerset sink deck installations in commercial kitchens, educational facilities, and institutional settings requiring ADA-compliant faucet fixtures.
Installation requires two faucet deck holes and should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and ASME A112.18.1 standards. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning any fixture work. Verify deck thickness and hole spacing prior to mounting to ensure proper fit of the centerset base. Do not overtighten supply line connections to the brass body, as this can damage fittings.
