The BSC PREFERRED LK406AT10T4 is a solid brass centerset deck faucet built for demanding commercial and institutional environments. It features a 10 inch arc tube spout, 4 inch wristblade handles, and a quarter-turn ceramic disc valve for smooth, consistent operation. The faucet ships with a 1.5 GPM flow rate and includes an optional 2.2 GPM regulator for flexibility. Constructed from solid brass throughout, this unit is lead-free and certified to NSF/ANSI standards, meeting all applicable federal and state low-lead regulations. It is designed for two-hole deck installation with a 4 inch hole spread and weighs approximately 5 pounds.
This faucet is well suited for commercial kitchens, food service prep areas, classrooms, medical hand-wash stations, and other high-traffic institutional settings where ADA compliance is required. The wristblade handles allow hands-free or restricted-mobility operation, and the spout swing restrictor pin can lock the spout in a fixed position when the application demands it. The 10 inch arc spout provides generous reach over deep or wide sink bowls, making it practical for scrubbing, food prep, and general hand-washing in both wall-mounted and deck-mounted sink configurations.
Designed for two-hole deck-mount installation with a 4 inch centerset hole spread, compatible with a wide range of commercial and institutional sink configurations that accept standard centerset faucet mounting.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC and local plumbing codes. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before removing any existing fixture or beginning installation. Use thread sealant tape on all threaded connections and verify the deck surface can support the mounting hardware before tightening. Do not overtighten the mounting hardware against the deck, as solid brass fittings can be damaged by excessive torque.
