The BSC PREFERRED LK400 is a wall mount faucet built for commercial and institutional plumbing applications. Constructed from solid brass with a polished chrome finish, it delivers long-term durability in high-use environments. The adjustable hole spread ranges from 4 inches to 8-3/8 inches, accommodating a variety of rough-in configurations without additional adapters. The bucket hook spout extends 5.5 inches from the wall at a 3.5-inch height, making it practical for filling buckets and containers in service areas, utility rooms, and custodial spaces. Flow rate is 2.2 gallons per minute. The unit is ADA-compliant and meets NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 standards for lead-free water delivery. Licensed plumbers and facilities maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
The LK400 is suited for commercial kitchens, school buildings, healthcare facilities, laboratories, and other public or institutional settings where a reliable service faucet is required. Its two-hole wall mount configuration and 3/8-inch female compression hose connection make it compatible with standard rough-in plumbing found in most commercial wall installations. The adjustable hole spread gives installers flexibility when working with existing wall plumbing that does not match a fixed-center specification.
Designed for two-hole wall mount installations connecting via 3/8-inch female compression hose assembly. Suitable for commercial and institutional plumbing systems requiring an adjustable-spread wall mount service faucet.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply completely before beginning any connection work. Verify wall rough-in spacing falls within the 4-inch to 8-3/8-inch adjustable spread range before mounting. Do not overtighten compression fittings, as brass fittings can be damaged by excessive torque beyond hand-tight plus a quarter turn with a wrench.
