The BSC PREFERRED LK2500LS is a single-hole laundry and utility faucet built from solid brass for lasting durability in high-demand environments. It features a flexible spout with a height of 14.375 inches and a reach of 8.375 inches, giving technicians and installers versatile positioning in tight or standard utility sink setups. A forward-only lever handle reduces backsplash interference and simplifies day-to-day operation. The faucet ships with a water-saving 1.5 GPM aerator and an optional 2.2 GPM insert, allowing the end user to match flow rate to the application. A lustrous steel finish resists tarnishing over extended service life. Removable cartridges make in-field repairs or replacements straightforward without pulling the whole fixture.
This faucet is suited for both residential and light commercial installations, including laundry rooms, utility rooms, and service sinks. It mounts through a single hole and includes a deck plate that accommodates 3-hole sink configurations, removing the need for separate cover plates in most retrofit scenarios. The ADA-compliant lever handle and accessible spout geometry make it appropriate for installations where accessibility codes apply. Licensed plumbers handling residential laundry buildouts or commercial utility spaces will find the included hardware and removable cartridge design reduce overall installation and callback time.
Designed as an OEM-style single-hole replacement or new-installation faucet for residential and commercial laundry sinks and utility sinks. Includes a deck plate to fit standard 3-hole sink configurations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the line before beginning any work. Use the included deck plate when installing on a 3-hole sink to properly seal unused openings. Confirm all supply connections are hand-tight plus a quarter turn with basin wrench before restoring water pressure and checking for leaks.
