The BSC PREFERRED LK1000CR is a three-hole deck mount kitchen faucet built from lead-free brass and designed for both residential and commercial installations. It ships with a 1.5 GPM low-flow aerator installed and includes an optional 2.2 GPM aerator insert for applications where higher flow is needed. A ceramic disc valve provides long-term durability and precise control over water temperature and volume. The single lever handle offers simple, one-hand operation, and the removable cartridge design allows field servicing without specialized tools. Licensed plumbers and experienced tradespeople are the typical installers for this type of fixture.
This faucet is suited for kitchen islands, bar sinks, prep sinks, and standard kitchen countertop installations in both light-commercial and residential settings. It mounts through three holes and accommodates countertops up to 2.5 inches thick. The 360-degree rotating spout with an 8-inch reach provides clearance for large pots and deep basins. A height clearance of 5 inches above the deck keeps the profile manageable in tight cabinet or under-shelf situations. The low-flow aerator configuration supports water conservation goals in jurisdictions with GPM restrictions.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install faucet for three-hole deck mount configurations in residential and light-commercial kitchen, bar sink, and prep sink applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the hot and cold supply valves fully and relieve line pressure before removing any existing fixture or connecting supply lines. Confirm countertop thickness does not exceed 2.5 inches before mounting. Do not overtighten the mounting hardware against the underside of the deck, as excess force can crack stone or composite countertop materials.
