The BSC PREFERRED LFGR37222 is a drop-in double bowl kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, designed for residential kitchen installation by licensed plumbers and skilled tradespeople. The sink measures 37 inches by 22 inches by 10 inches deep and features a 60/40 bowl configuration, giving the installer and end user distinct working zones for heavy pots and smaller prep tasks. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and water noise. A scratch-resistant grain finish allows minor surface marks to blend with normal use over time, maintaining the appearance of the sink under daily workload conditions.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen applications where a drop-in mount is specified. The U-Channel mounting system allows clips to be positioned from above the cabinet opening, reducing the time a plumber spends working beneath the cabinet. A rear center drain placement is integrated into the design to improve drainage efficiency and maximize usable storage space in the cabinet below. A cutout template is included to support accurate rough-in during installation. The manufacturer recommends a minimum cabinet width of 42 inches to provide adequate support for this sink. The sink is made in the USA.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchen cabinets with a minimum width of 42 inches. Fits standard drop-in rough-in configurations where a 37 x 22 inch cutout can be accommodated.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the applicable International Plumbing Code (IPC) requirements for the local jurisdiction. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in alignment before setting the sink into the cutout. Use the included cutout template to mark and cut the countertop accurately before lowering the sink into position. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this may distort the sink rim or damage countertop material.
