The BSC PREFERRED JAN183 is a commercial-grade mop bucket and wringer combo built around patented WaveBrake technology, which reduces water splashing during mopping to keep floors safer and drier during the cleaning process. The unit accommodates mops up to 32 oz and features heavy-duty, ergonomic wringers rated for 200,000 wring cycles. Construction combines tubular steel with structural web molded plastic for long-term durability in demanding janitorial environments. A built-in pour spout controls water flow when emptying dirty water, reducing the risk of spills. The mop handle locks in place during transport to prevent wall and surface damage. This unit is sold as each and ships at approximately 21.7 pounds.

The JAN183 is suited for commercial and institutional janitorial use, including schools, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and hospitality operations. It is designed for daily or high-frequency floor mopping on hard surface floors. Non-marking 3-inch casters allow the unit to move freely across finished floors without leaving scuff marks. A red dirty water basket, model JAN186, is available separately and may be used in conjunction with this bucket for two-bucket cleaning systems.

Installation Notes
