The BSC PREFERRED IQRT40B is a room temperature foam-in-a-bag system designed for protective packaging without the need for any external equipment or preheating units. Each bag contains self-activating chemicals that expand on demand, conforming to and cushioning the item being protected. The system is completely portable, making it suitable for packing stations, field use, or any location where powered foam equipment is not available. Recommended for use in ambient temperatures between 65 degrees F and 90 degrees F. This case contains 112 bags.
The IQRT40B is used wherever on-demand protective packaging is needed, including distribution centers, shipping departments, manufacturing facilities, and remote packing environments. It is functionally equivalent to Instapak Quick foam-in-a-bag systems but eliminates the dependency on a warming unit, reducing setup time and equipment overhead. Because the chemicals activate inside the sealed bag, there is no foam residue to clean up after use, making it a practical choice for high-throughput or space-constrained environments.
Functionally equivalent to part number S-11817B. Suitable as a direct replacement for Instapak Quick foam-in-a-bag systems where no preheating unit is available or desired.
No tools or powered equipment are required to use this product. Activate each bag according to the manufacturer directions and allow the foam to expand fully before sealing the shipment. Store cases in a temperature-controlled environment within the recommended range of 65 degrees F to 90 degrees F to ensure consistent foam performance. Do not expose bags to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or freezing temperatures prior to use.
