The BSC PREFERRED INL141010 is a one-piece gusseted insulated shipping liner designed to convert a standard corrugated box into a temperature-controlled shipping container. The liner is constructed with leak-resistant materials that meet FDA compliance standards, making it suitable for shipping food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other temperature-sensitive products. The gusseted design allows for quick, tool-free setup, reducing pack-out time in fulfillment and cold-chain operations. When paired with appropriate cold packs, the liner helps maintain product quality, taste, texture, and color throughout transit.
These liners are used in food distribution, meal kit fulfillment, pharmaceutical logistics, and any cold-chain shipping application where maintaining product integrity during transport is required. They are sized to fit standard corrugated shipping boxes and are intended for single-use protective insulation. The INL141010 is sold in cases of 25 liners, making them suitable for high-volume packing operations. This liner is equivalent to part number S-19757.
Designed as an OEM-style drop-in insulated liner for standard corrugated shipping boxes used in cold-chain and temperature-sensitive fulfillment applications. Equivalent to part number S-19757.
Insert the liner into the corrugated shipping box before placing product and cold packs. Ensure the gusseted sides are fully expanded and seated flush against the interior box walls before loading contents. Fold and close the liner top over the product after loading to maximize insulation performance. These liners are intended for single-use applications; do not reuse a liner that has been exposed to moisture or product leakage.
