The BSC PREFERRED HW35W0850-16 is a flat-finish exterior paint formulated with 100% acrylic resins for long-term durability and colorfast performance. It is designed for use on most exterior building surfaces and provides resistance to fading, peeling, and blistering. When applied over properly prepared surfaces, it delivers single-coat coverage at approximately 400 square feet per gallon. The hide white base is suitable for tinting and can be mixed to over 1,000 custom colors. Painting contractors and maintenance crews are the primary installers of this product.

This paint is appropriate for a wide range of exterior building surfaces including wood, masonry, stucco, and metal in both residential and light commercial applications. It is available in tint bases and packaged colors, making it a practical choice for projects requiring custom color matching. BSC PREFERRED recommends priming new wood surfaces with a BSC PREFERRED latex or alkyd exterior wood primer before application.
