The BSC PREFERRED GECR33214 is a drop-in, dual-bowl kitchen sink constructed from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 33 inches in length and 21.25 inches in width with a depth of 5.375 inches, and seats into a minimum 36-inch cabinet opening. The two equal-sized bowls each measure 14 inches in length and 15.75 inches in width, giving plumbers and remodelers a full-featured replacement or new-install option. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and drain noise. A 4-hole faucet configuration supports a range of deck-mount faucet setups. The sink ships at 14.5 pounds packaged and 11 pounds net weight.
This sink is intended for drop-in installation in residential and light-commercial kitchen countertops. Rear-center drain placements on both bowls keep the cabinet interior clear and accommodate standard garbage disposal flanges. The U-channel mounting clip system allows the sink to be secured from below without specialized tooling, making it practical for kitchen and bath remodelers, plumbing contractors, and finish carpenters completing countertop cutouts. ADA compliance is achievable when installed per applicable guidelines. The sink is manufactured in the USA.
Designed for drop-in installation in kitchen countertops requiring a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches. Accepts standard drain flanges and garbage disposal flanges. Compatible with 4-hole deck-mount faucet configurations.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified remodeler following applicable IPC and local plumbing code requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning any countertop cutout or sink removal. Use the manufacturer-provided cutout dimensions to mark and cut the countertop opening before lowering the sink into position. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the rim before setting the sink, then secure the U-channel mounting clips evenly from below to prevent rocking or leaks.
