The BSC PREFERRED G26050W is a waterproof vinyl identification tag designed for wet or damp environments where standard paper or non-sealed tags would fail. Each tag is pre-wired, ready to attach without extra hardware, and includes a metal eyelet for added durability. The vinyl construction stands up to rough indoor and outdoor conditions, making these tags well suited for equipment rooms, outdoor mechanical enclosures, pool equipment, irrigation systems, and similar installations. Sold in a case of 100 tags, the G26050W is a practical stock item for contractors and facility maintenance crews who need reliable identification in harsh or moisture-prone areas.
These tags are used wherever durable, weather-resistant labeling is required. Common applications include HVAC equipment identification, plumbing system labeling, electrical panel and conduit tagging in damp locations, and outdoor or poolside equipment marking. The pre-wired design speeds up installation during new construction, scheduled maintenance, or equipment changeouts. If additional wire length is needed beyond what is included, supplemental 12-inch wire is available separately under stock number G2500. This product is also equivalent to part number S-5544W-PW.
Equivalent to part number S-5544W-PW. Designed as a direct replacement or equivalent for pre-wired waterproof vinyl identification tags used in wet, damp, and outdoor trade applications.
Installation requires no special tools - tags are pre-wired and attach directly to equipment, piping, conduit, or structural components. In electrical applications, confirm the tagging location complies with NEC requirements for damp or wet location labeling. For pool and mechanical room environments, ensure the attachment wire is secured so it does not contact energized components. If longer wire reach is needed, use the separately available G2500 extension wire rather than improvising with non-rated materials.
