The BSC PREFERRED FSA10104 is an anti-static convoluted foam shipper designed to protect fragile, static-sensitive components during storage and transit. Each shipper consists of a 200/ECT-32 rated corrugated outer box with anti-static convoluted foam inserts pre-installed. The foam is glued to the top panel and left loose on the bottom, allowing items to seat securely while the convoluted surface cushions against impact and vibration. This configuration reduces movement inside the box, lowering the risk of damage to sensitive electronics and components. Sold as a case of 24 individual shippers.
These shippers are suited for packaging and shipping operations that handle electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive items such as circuit boards, semiconductors, and other fragile electronic components. The 200/ECT-32 corrugated construction provides a reliable crush-resistance rating appropriate for standard parcel and freight handling environments. Warehouse staff and shipping personnel in electronics distribution, manufacturing, and repair facilities are the typical users of this product.
Designed as a direct equivalent to part number S-3723. Suitable for general anti-static protective packaging applications involving fragile or ESD-sensitive items in standard corrugated shipper formats.
No installation is required. Place the static-sensitive item into the bottom foam insert, then close the shipper so the glued top foam contacts the item and holds it in position. Follow applicable ESD handling procedures, including grounding straps, when inserting sensitive components. Store shippers in a dry environment away from direct moisture to preserve the integrity of the corrugated material.
