The BSC PREFERRED EWMA4820SACTMC is a wall-hung multiple station hand wash sink kit constructed from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. The sink measures 48 inches long by 20 inches wide by 8 inches deep overall, with a usable bowl of 45 inches in length, 16.5 inches in width, and 8 inches in depth. A 3.5-inch central drain opening promotes fast, effective drainage. The kit ships complete with two LKB722C sensor faucets, two LK723 thermostatic mixing valves, an LK18B grid drain, wall hangers, and stainless steel support brackets. This is an installer-ready package for licensed plumbers working in high-traffic commercial or institutional facilities.
This sink kit is designed for high-traffic hand hygiene applications including classrooms, healthcare facilities, parks, and public restrooms. The full-length 10-inch backsplash runs the length of the basin and controls splash and debris. Coved corners at 0.25 inches minimize ledges where contaminants can accumulate, supporting sanitary maintenance routines. The included LKB722C sensor faucets operate on either AC plug-in or battery power, providing layout flexibility across a range of rough-in conditions. The LK723 thermostatic mixing valves deliver consistent water temperature at the point of use, a critical feature in multi-user institutional environments.
Designed as an OEM-style wall-hung installation for commercial and institutional plumbing applications requiring multi-station hand wash capability. Meets NSF lead-free standards for use in commercial kitchens and public spaces.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and verify that the rough-in wall structure can support the combined dead load of the sink, contents, and brackets before mounting. The AC sensor faucets require an accessible electrical circuit; coordinate with an electrician if hardwired power is not available at the installation point. Do not overtighten supply connections to the thermostatic mixing valves — follow the valve manufacturer's documentation for final torque and temperature set procedures.
