The BSC PREFERRED EWMA4820SACMC is a wall-hung hand wash sink kit constructed from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. The single-bowl design measures 45 inches in length, 16.50 inches in width, and 8 inches in depth, providing ample wash area while keeping a compact footprint. The kit ships complete with two LKB722C sensor faucets, two LK724 mechanical mixing valves, and one LK18B grid drain. Sensor faucets operate on AC power or 8 AA batteries, supporting touchless hand washing to reduce cross-contamination. A 10-inch full-length backsplash, inward-sloping top channel rims, and coved corners minimize water pooling and simplify routine cleaning. Lead-free construction and NSF-certified materials meet applicable health and sanitation standards. Licensed plumbers and facility maintenance professionals handle installation.
This sink kit is designed for high-traffic, hygiene-critical environments where touchless operation and durable construction are required. Typical installation locations include healthcare facilities, classrooms, office buildings, and recreational areas. The wall-hung mounting style keeps the floor area clear, which supports compliance with cleaning and accessibility requirements. The included sensor faucets eliminate the need for handle contact, making this kit well suited for public restrooms, medical hand-wash stations, and commercial break rooms where sanitation standards are a priority.
Designed as a complete OEM-style wall-hung hand wash sink assembly for commercial and institutional plumbing applications. Includes matched LKB722C sensor faucets, LK724 mixing valves, and LK18B grid drain as a pre-configured kit.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the hot and cold water supply and verify that wall blocking or a carrier system provides adequate structural support for the wall-hung mounting before anchoring. If AC power is selected for the sensor faucets, a licensed electrician must run the low-voltage supply in accordance with NEC requirements. Do not overtighten drain and supply connections on the stainless steel body; follow the fitting manufacturer torque guidance for the specific connection type used.
