The BSC PREFERRED ESE2020103 is a drop-in stainless steel laundry and utility sink built for demanding residential and light-commercial applications. The single-bowl basin measures 20 inches wide by 20 inches long by 10.125 inches deep, offering uninterrupted interior space for washing larger items, soaking, and general utility work. The sink is fabricated from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel and carries a polished finish. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. A center drain opening measures 3.5 inches, compatible with standard basket strainers and garbage disposals where clearance allows. A licensed plumber handles the rough-in, faucet connection, and drain assembly.
The ESE2020103 installs as a drop-in unit, resting in a cutout with a U-channel mounting system. The clips are pre-positioned inside the channel, simplifying the under-sink fastening step during installation. The three-hole faucet deck accommodates standard deck-mount faucet configurations. A minimum cabinet or countertop opening of 24 inches is required. This sink is suited to laundry rooms, utility rooms, mudrooms, and service areas where a durable, functional basin is needed. It is manufactured in the USA.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for laundry, utility, and service-room applications requiring a 20-inch by 20-inch single-bowl basin with a three-hole faucet deck and a minimum 24-inch cabinet cutout.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber following applicable IPC and local plumbing code requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain lines before removing an old sink. The drop-in design requires a countertop or cabinet cutout sized per the manufacturer template; verify cabinet depth and width meet the 24-inch minimum before cutting. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the underside rim flange before setting the sink, then tighten the U-channel clips evenly from below to secure the unit.
