The BSC PREFERRED EN1064 is a self-seal expansion envelope designed for efficient mailing and shipping without the need for moisture to activate the seal. A peel-off tear strip protects the adhesive from dust and debris, extending shelf life on the shelf or in storage. Constructed from durable 40 lb. paper stock, these envelopes feature expanding sides that accommodate bulky contents. End-loading design allows documents, catalogs, or thick packets to slide in cleanly. Sold in cases of 100, these envelopes are suited for mailrooms, office shipping departments, and any operation processing moderate to high envelope volumes.
These self-seal expansion envelopes are well suited for general business mailing, shipping departments, and fulfillment operations handling documents or items that require extra interior depth. The end-loading configuration works with standard mailroom workflows. The expanding gusset sides make these a practical choice when contents are too bulky for standard flat envelopes. Equivalent to part number S-6828, making them a compatible drop-in replacement for operations already sourcing that specification.
Equivalent to part number S-6828. Suitable as a direct replacement wherever that specification is used in mailroom or shipping operations.
No tools or special equipment are required to use these envelopes. Peel the tear strip fully before pressing the flap to ensure a complete seal. Store unused envelopes in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive integrity. Avoid exposing unsealed envelopes to high humidity environments, which can compromise the adhesive before use.
