The BSC PREFERRED ELXUFP362010JB0 is a single-bowl farmhouse workstation kitchen sink constructed from natural quartz sand particles bonded with UV-stable acrylic resins. The sink measures 35.875 inches long by 21.54 inches wide by 10 inches deep, with a 10-inch apron front that extends beyond the countertop face. The nonporous quartz surface resists stains, impact, and moisture absorption. An offset drain placement maximizes usable basin floor space and allows clearance for under-sink plumbing. Licensed plumbers and experienced kitchen remodelers are the primary installers for this type of apron-front sink.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen installations requiring a minimum 36-inch base cabinet opening. The extra-deep rectangular bowl accommodates large cookware including stockpots, sheet pans, and oversized cutting boards. The apron-front profile is compatible with custom cabinetry and face-frame cabinet configurations where the cabinet front is notched or removed to accept the apron. The sink ships with a cutting board accessory and a maintenance kit. The quartz finish is UV-stable, meaning color consistency is maintained under prolonged light exposure without fading.
Designed for residential farmhouse-style kitchen sink installations requiring a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. The apron-front configuration requires cabinetry modified to accept the exposed apron panel.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber familiar with apron-front sink mounting requirements. The base cabinet must be modified or pre-cut to expose the apron face before the sink is set. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. Verify drain rough-in location aligns with the offset drain position prior to final cabinet and countertop cuts.
