The BSC PREFERRED ELX1616PA0 is a single bowl bar and prep sink constructed from natural quartz composite, offering a nonporous, ultra-smooth surface that resists chips, scratches, stains, and heat. Measuring 15.748 inches by 15.748 inches with a bowl depth of 7.675 inches, it provides practical workspace in a compact footprint. The parchment finish is UV-stable to prevent color fading over time. Dual mounting compatibility allows installation as either a drop-in or undermount configuration. This sink is installed by plumbers or skilled finish carpenters during bar, kitchen prep area, or countertop buildouts.
The ELX1616PA0 is suited for residential and light commercial bar areas, prep stations, and secondary kitchen installations where a compact, durable sink is required. Its rectangular bowl geometry maximizes usable basin space relative to overall sink dimensions. An offset rear drain position increases usable bowl floor space and allows for better clearance in the cabinet below. The 3.5-inch drain opening is compatible with most standard garbage disposals. The sink ships with mounting hardware designed for countertops up to 1.75 inches thick and requires a minimum cabinet width of 21 inches for proper installation.
Designed for drop-in or undermount installation in bar, prep, and secondary kitchen applications requiring a minimum cabinet width of 21 inches. The 3.5-inch drain opening works with most standard drain assemblies and garbage disposals.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain connections before beginning countertop cutout or sink removal work. For undermount installations, verify that the countertop material and adhesive are rated to support the sink weight of 13 pounds. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as quartz composite can crack under uneven clamping pressure.
