The BSC PREFERRED ELV2219SACTMC is a wall-hung lavatory sink kit built from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. The kit ships complete with an LKB721C touchless sensor faucet and an LK723 thermostatic mixing valve, making it a ready-to-install solution for commercial restroom applications. The sink measures 22 inches in length by 19 inches in width with a 5.5-inch depth. The single bowl interior measures 16 inches in length by 11.5 inches in width. An integrated wall hanger and stainless steel support brackets are included. Sound-deadening material is applied to the underside to reduce noise during use. Licensed plumbers and commercial contractors are the primary installers for this type of fixture.
This sink kit is engineered for high-traffic and hygiene-critical environments including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and public restrooms. The touchless LKB721C sensor faucet operates on AC power or 4 AA batteries, supporting hands-free operation where cross-contamination control is a priority. The LK723 thermostatic mixing valve provides controlled outlet water temperature, reducing the risk of scalding. Coved 1.75-inch corners and a 2-inch-high backsplash are integrated into the basin design. The rear center drain placement maximizes usable basin floor space. The unit is ADA compliant when properly installed per applicable accessibility guidelines.
Designed as a self-contained wall-hung lavatory sink kit for commercial and institutional restroom installations requiring touchless faucet operation and thermostatic temperature control. Includes sensor faucet model LKB721C and thermostatic mixing valve model LK723.
Installation requires a licensed plumber. Shut off the water supply and verify that wall framing or blocking is adequate to support a wall-hung fixture before mounting. Follow applicable IPC and local plumbing code requirements for drain rough-in, supply line connections, and wall-bracket fastening. If using AC power for the sensor faucet, a licensed electrician may be required to provide the low-voltage supply connection per NEC guidelines. Verify ADA rough-in heights and clearances before securing the wall hanger.
