The BSC PREFERRED ELUHH3017TPD is a single bowl undermount kitchen sink constructed from 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 32.5 inches in length, 19.5 inches in width, and 9 inches in depth, providing substantial basin volume for residential kitchen use. The sink features a rear center drain placement that maximizes usable basin space and improves clearance beneath the countertop for plumbing rough-in. Tight corner geometry reduces debris accumulation and simplifies routine cleaning. Sound-deadening pads bonded to the sides and bottom dampen vibration and reduce noise during use. A Perfect Drain design eliminates gaps around the drain opening, keeping food particles and debris contained to the drain path. The LKPD1 Perfect Drain strainer assembly is included.
This sink is designed for undermount installation in residential kitchens. The rectangular profile and 9-inch basin depth accommodate large cookware. Rear center drain positioning keeps the drain out of the primary work zone of the basin. Minimum cabinet width of 36 inches is required for proper fit. The forgiving brushed stainless finish resists visible surface scratches under normal use conditions, and minor scratches can be addressed with a stainless steel restoration procedure. Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson as part of a countertop and sink rough-in.
Designed for undermount installation in residential kitchens with a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Compatible with standard countertop materials supporting undermount sink cutouts.
Undermount sink installation requires securing the sink to the underside of the countertop substrate using appropriate mounting hardware and silicone sealant rated for wet kitchen environments. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain plumbing before beginning any sink swap or new installation. A licensed plumber should complete the drain rough-in and supply connections in accordance with the applicable local plumbing code and IPC requirements. Do not overtighten the drain strainer locknut against the sink basin, as this can distort the Perfect Drain collar seal.
